Help with System Alert - Stream device is falling behind and dropping metadata- Stream Health Brain

Hi All

Any help or suggestion?

we are confronted with this problem with does not stop. we have already tried to do the following but without result:

1) We have optimized the  performance on the Stream sensor already. 

2) we switched from the disk buffering to memory buffering for the syslog receiver

But the same issue

Any idea please
