While trying to make heavy forwarder as slave we're receiving the below error:

Bad Request — editTracker failed, reason='Could not extract scheme/hostnsme/port from uri. Uri should be in the form: ://:. Yours was: https://';

Please help. How can we solve this?

While configuring HF as license slave, have you given License Master URL like this https://<LM IP/Hostname>:8089 ?
