Delete App without re-starting splunk services

I'm new in splunk-fu

i have a question here

how do i delete a apps in my splunk instance without restarting the splunk services because my search head is already in production

i tried to delete but it still need to restart? do we have any way?

No, you have to restart Splunk to pick up the fact you deleted the app.
