Data not coming in Splunk Apps for Windows Infrastructure

I am using Splunk 6.2 version And Installed App Windows Infrastructure 1.0 Version, Sometimes I am not getting data in Windows app When I click on Event monitoring and Performance Monitoring and Windows Overview . Can You Please Help Why the data is not coming, What are the possible reasons.

Thanks for the Document , Now the data coming in Splunk.
Can you explain why the data is not coming in any app which is configured in Splunk, What are the probable causes for that.
