Getting Data In

Converting into EPOCH time

Hi  All,

 I  want  to convert  the following  into  Epoch  time ,but  it  is not  getting  resolved.

 

2020-10-05 23:06:05.946Asia/Singapore  and i  use the below  command 

 

eval  time=strptime("testtime",%Y-%m-%d%s%H:%M:%S.%3N")
