We have installed Gogs in our architecture. We are using Gogs as a VCS. Now we are interested in getting data in Splunk.

Yes, you can onboard data from Gogs to Splunk. Gogs has the capability to send data via webhook. Whenever an activity occurs in Gogs, it does a POST request with an event to the target forwarder of Splunk.
