Can someone explain these TcpoutAutoLB-O & TailReader-O Errors?

 Good morning

This was on one of my search heads.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction for this. Some answers were not very clear to me. If someone can expand that would be fantastic

Use the Monitoring Console to examine your indexer queues.  Something is causing a back-up in processing that's made its way to the input handler.  As the message suggests, verify the indexer is still running.
