Bringing Snowflake query history into Splunk

Hi all, I'm interested in bringing Snowflake query history into Splunk and there are posts on how to do it with DBConnect; however, it seems like the app is only available for Splunk enterprise, not Splunk Cloud. 

Is that correct? If so, is there any way to bring in Snowflake data into Splunk Cloud?
