About session timeouts value on Splunk Cloud

I would like to know web session timeout value on Splunk Cloud.
I referred to the following page, but I could get both ui_inactivity_timeout and tools.sessions.timeout on my Splunk Cloud environment.

Can the user see or change the value? And I want to know the default values in Splunk Cloud.
