404 Error Editing Windows Event Log Input in Splunk Web

Hello,

Running Splunk Enterprise on Windows 10 (C: drive). Splunkd is running, but when I go to Settings → Data Inputs → Local Event Log → Edit, I get a 404 Not Found error.

Tried: CMD checks, direct URL, admin permissions. CLI 'add win-event-log' not valid in this version.

Need help adding Windows Event Logs (Security, System, Application) in the latest Splunk Enterprise.
