can't access property 0, a is undefined (error(s) 1/1) This is 100 % bug

I tested the same data and add on builder in splunk 10.0.0 and it works perfectly so it means we have this bug in 10.2.0 version is there any splunk developer because it is 100% bug and I can not fix it but I need it.
