Skill sets for Enterprise Deployment

I am looking for a matrix for Splunk Skill sets.

I know I've seen this somewhere but cant seem to find it.

Job skills with task for each skill.

Something like:
Admin
Developer
User
Architect or Engineer

With Tasks. I might have seen this during the 2013 .conf but I can't remember which talk it was in.

Any help would be appreciated.
