Scenario: There will be 3 DB's(instances) running,

  1. Primary, 2. Secondary 3. DR. Consider if in some situations primary goes down (read-write permissions), the connection should automatically switch to secondary DB. Is there any option in splunk to see the permissions of the instance and perform operations? Like: secondary DB should be having read-write access instead of only read access.
