In SHC Remove Captain

I'm trying to set a SHC ,but I'm ended up by creating SHC which is having one member and which is captain my other two SH are not part of this cluster so I'm trying to remove the captain from established SHC.So can I delete that node from SHC?

you can perform a raft clean on all the cluster member and then bootstrap one as the captain
