How to install Splunk 7.2.3 in Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,

I am trying to install Splunk 7.2.3 in Ubuntu 18.04. The only instruction I found online is for installing Splunk 7.1.1. Please advise me how to search for Splunk latest package and install it.

Splunk 7.2.3 downloads are available in https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/sem.html (look for .deb)
