Critical Issue - Splunk Indexer is Not Booting!

Dears,
Hope you're doing great.

Please note that the Splunk indexer is not booting but other servers is booting and working (All servers is Centos 7), please seek your help.

PS: we have made an update on the Vcenter domain admin user (Changes on the Domain Admin Name).

Did you check for any errors in the $SPLUNK_HOME/var/log/splunk/splunkd.log?

I can't access either the consol of the Indexer from the VM. (Can't login to the server)
