Can all instances in our Splunk infrastructure be deployed on the Microsoft Hyper-V platform?

Hi,

Could you please let me know if our Splunk Infrastructure could be deployed on Microsoft Hyper- V platform? Our Search Head, Indexers, and Forwarders would all be on the MS Hyper-V Platform.
It will be great if you can share any document related to that.

I've not used Hyper-V, but have run Splunk under VMware. Splunk used to discourage virtual environments, but now they warn about performance degradation. See Deploying Splunk Enterprise Inside Virtual Environments for details.
