Been working on advanced XML view. Suddenly got ...
Splunk cannot find the "sandbox-charting" view. And the view no longer shows up on navigation menu.
$SPLUNK_HOME/var/log/web_service.log shows...

What gives? Komodo-edit shows file is well-formed XML.

This is SPL-48364, which should have been fixed in 4.3.2. If you are seeing this in 4.3.2, this is a problem. If you are seeing this in a version prior to 4.3.2, try upgrading.

FWIW, if you hit this, it generally means there is something wrong with your view XML.

Upgrading did the trick, my views are back!
