figure in dashboard

i should includes iamge file in dashboard.
i want two information.
first, route of xml about splunk for using a image file.
second, method(source) to add a image file by xml.

You would just use a HTML module to include an image, if thats what you really want to do. If you could add more detail about the usecase then there might be better ways to do it, such as CSS.
