Unable to load the panel of dashboard?

My dashboard panel won't work, even after changing input values , it will always say 'waiting for input'. I am unable to figure out if it is I am passing the tokens incorrectly or there is some other issue. Could use some help.

Have you tried searchWhenChanged="true" for all your inputs?

Yes. tried that. 
The problem is my values that I am setting into the input form,  are not passing to my panel, even if I am setting the token. I have 6 drop down input fields. Lets take one example , i.e. "Knoweldge Object" input form. Now, although I select a value there, I don't see it reflecting in the panel  "New, Updated or Deleted Entries". The panel shows empty values. Like blank values in the table.
