Splunk Dashboards not reading custom javascript files

Hi All,
I am having a weird issue. I have few custom javascript files used in some of my forms/dashboards. I put these files in $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/search/appserver/static/ directory. Everything is works fine in my dev environment. However, my production dashboards are not accessing these files, although I placed them in the same location. I would like to know whether there is any configuration parameter that is not allowing them to access those files.

Thanks,
Anil

On the first install of a new JS file into static, and inclusion on a dashboard/form via script tag, a FULL RESTART is REQUIRED. A _bump or debug/refresh only works on already loaded JS/CSS/web elements, but none that have not yet been loaded in to the Splunk web cache. You may be able to get away with a splunk restart splunkweb but not 100% on that.

Thank you for your response. But, it is still not working. Just to provide you more details, it worked before, but stopped working later.
