Splunk Dashboard Studio Button to launch searches

I want a button, in Splunk dashboard studio, that once clicked launches/refreshes a search. The submit button is the closest thing I found, however it does not fit my usecase, as I need several button refreshing several searches ideally. 

My research so far gave me that this is simply impossible. But it seems so absurd that no such option exists, I want to make sure.

At the bottom of the visualisation panel, there is a refresh button, does this not suit your requirement?
