Place label below single value module

Is it possible to place a label below a single value module on a dashboard? For example:

<module name="SingleValue">
<param name="field">count</param>
<param name="belowLabel">Some text</param>
<param name="classField">range</param>

Why not simply use an html module and set it inside the same panel as your single value module?

As far as I know it comes standard.

Is the html module available as a standard Splunk module or do I need to use Sideview Utils? I've recently started getting into the advanced XML features and I haven't used Sideview before--just starting to look into it.
