I have created a dashboard in machine learning toolkit and also added 2 panels in it but now I am unable to access the dashboard as there is no option of a dashboard in machine learning toolkit.
I have given permission of shared in-app while creating it.

Once you have opened Machine Learning Toolkit App, you can open the navigation default.xml from Splunk Menu Settings > User Interface > Navigation > default

You can follow instruction to create your own dashboard navigation by following instructions from Splunk Dev Site.

Alternatively, if you enable Machine Learning Toolkit sharing for All Apps, you can use Machine Learning Algorithms and Visualizations outside of Machine Learning Toolkit application as well.
