Is there a way to edit the mouse hover function (mouseover) on dashboard charts and change it to on-click?

A dashboard chart such as Pie Charts have slices. Hovering the mouse cursor (mouseover) to the slices displays count and percentage of that slice. Is there any way we can change this mouse hover function to on click? please help me which files to edit and what commands to use.

I am using HTML.

Hi,
