Is it possible to use inputlookup from a file in a different directory?

I have an add-on (TA) and dashboard apps. The TA creates data in the lookups that I want the dashboard to access. Is there a way the dashboard can get access to the TA directory?

If I'm guessing right, there is lookup file available with TA apps context (only shared within TA) and you want to use it from other apps. If that is correct, what you need to do is to change the sharing permission of the TA lookup(s) to Global, with allowing read to all roles that you want to have access to the lookups.
