Index external XML file from different server

Hi,

I would like to index an XML file from a different server then the one Splunk is on.
How can I make sure that Splunk indexes my file every day?

Thanks

Install the Splunk Universal Forwarder on the different server and have it monitor the XML file. The forwarder will send the file to Splunk for indexing.

Thank you for your feedback,
I don't actually have acces to the server it self.
Its an xml file generated by google sheets.
