Incorrect value displayed in chart tool tip

The values being fed into the chart are correct, and the chart is rendering with the correct y-axis values, but the tool tip displays "1e,-20" over the entire series, when it should display 154.73013305664062 (plus or minus a few tenths). I've seen this happen at random points in other charts, but never over the entire series. Can anyone explain what might be happening?

@natanallen, seems like more than 16 digits will be transformed to exponential number. If you can live with rounded off values you can try the following:

| eval isabs=round(abs('payload.raw_value'),15)
