How to globally define input forms?

Hi,

I'm creating some dashboards for my users with input forms where they can select simple values restricting their search. Those input forms are populated with static values, nothing that can be derived dynamically from searching data.

I now want to use the same input form definition in different dashboards, but these form definitions seem to be nested within the dashboard's XML. Is there a way to globally define input forms that can then be added to dashboards when required?

I've seen that there is a way to globally define panels, but there seems to be no option to globally define input forms?

Thanks!

I would suggest to use lookup table and get these values from lookup table.

What i advice you is to save your source code on your disk and when you'll want to use this imput forms, just open the saved file, copy the code and paste it at the rigth place in your dashboard.
