How to get a graph like this?

I want to get these 2 types of graphs. I am getting data using splunk on unix app.
1. As in the image in this link, I want a box showing overview, where I can just write the number of servers for example: 10 servers, 300000 records indexed etc.

1. A disk like graph for displaying CPU memory utilization.

I know sparkline , line and other graphs, but do not know how to get this one.

The first panel that you asked about is using a "single value" panel or visualization. It's there along with line graphs and bar charts.
To see other types of visualizations, along with the XML (and sometimes code) that makes them work, download the Splunk Dashboard 6.x Examples app - it's great!

I downloaded this app and am using this... It is simply awesome !!
One question... I was trying the "Link switcher" in this app , it has one xml and three .js scripts in source code section.
I do not know where to place, or write the .js scripts. I can only see an option for xml code while writing dashboard scripts.

Could you please help?
