How to disable the description and source code (Xml and JS files) from dashboard?

I have created one dashboard and giving read only permission to others. when the person having read permission load the dashboard they are getting the dashboard with the description and source code (Xml and JS files) details, however this is not the case with me.
The attached screenshot is just for reference.

Can somebody please suggest how to resolve this issue?
