Hi

Try with the following CSS and modify it accordingly

<form>
  <label>submitbutton</label>
  <fieldset submitButton="true">
    <input type="text" token="field1">
      <label>field1</label>
    </input>
  </fieldset>
  <row depends="$hide$">
    <html>
      <style>
      #submit .btn-primary {
        font-family: monospace;
        background-color: #4048a5 !important;
      }
      </style>
    </html>
  </row>
</form>
