How to add nrg in RAD

How can i add nrg schema/DTD to RAD so that i can edit SPlunk XML there?

I'm not familiar with RAD, and I assume you mean the RelaxNG schemas. You can get the schemas from the Splunk endpoints as described here: http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Developer/AdvancedSchemas, or you can get the files directly from $SPLUNK_HOME/shared/splunk/search_mrsparkle/exposed/schema/ (in version 4.3). You probably want the view.rng or view.rnc file.

thanks for the reply. I am aware of view.rng or view.rnc and i also know that i can get it from http://localhost:8000/en-US/info. I'm looking for ways to use them in RAD.
