How to add border to pie chart?

Is it possible to add a border to a pie chart? When the data values are 0 it shows a blank chart. I want to add a border to it so that it becomes more comprehensible.

you can add a message or an image where there isn't any result in your search, following the instructions in Splunk Dashboard Examples app (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/1603).
