How do you display time in a BAR Graph?

I have the below data

DBNAME     Activity_Time
DB1               10:30
DB2                2:00
DB1                09:15
DB1                14:00

I am looking at creating a graph when i kind of select DBNAME = DB1

to give me three Bars depicting the Activity_Time... All help is appreciated.
