How can we see all Dashboard in Dashboard tab.

If someone created one dashboard how can we see that dashboard through my login. Is there any roles or privileges defined to see all dashboard. I want to see all the dashboard created in the dashboard tab.

Assuming you are using a different user, the dashboard must not be private, and you both must be able to access the app (i.e. have read access to it).
Users with the admin role can always see private objects.

Both. Users with admin role can always see all objects. They can also set which users can read and write in which apps.
