Dashboards & Visualizations

How can I stop a user from seeing other apps?

I want to lock down a user to seeing only one app. I figured out how to set their default dashboard, but i want this to be their ONLY dashboard (ie no search app).

Thanks!

In Manager, select the apps page. Each app has its own permissions page. Notice that, by default, read is set to Everyone. Change this so that your user's role can only see the app your dashboard is in. You can also set the user/role to see a default app in the users and roles pages within Manager (under Access Controls). Make this the app you'd like the user to see upon login.
