Is there way to add a time picker in a form which allows the user to select a start and end time and date, without having to go through the drop down list and choose custom?

just wondering do we have any new solution to it yet? I am running into the same problem: trying to
add a time picker in a form which allows the user to select a start and end time and date.

That is shame, but the normal time selctor will suffice. Thanks
