Dashboard can't read new CSS updates

Hi All,

New here, In the dashboard, there's already a declared 'styles.css'
So here's my problem:
whenever I try to add new updates to 'styles.css', it doesn't reflect (Already restarted splunkweb)
If i try to change the 'styles.css' to 'styles2.css', the dashboard returns to default as if no css was declared.
