Customize time range on a graph and customize the index

I need to create a dashboard based on a graph.
This graph should have a list to select earliest and latest time (pulldown)
The graph should plot the data in the range time.
I would like to have other pulldown for select the index for my search.

wich modules should I write in my XML code?

The first requirement calls for a TimeRangePicker, the second for a Pulldown.
