Combine dependent events and create dashboard

I have 3 events
eventName=RunInstances/CreateTags/TerminateInstances.

RunInstances and TerminateInstances will give me the starttime and Endtime and CreateTags will give me the personName.

how to combine and know for a Particular Person say "A" whats the start time and End time of instance
