Change the message of "mouse over field"

I want to change the message in the black box in the figure.
For example, I want to display some field values.
Can anyone give me some idea?

I have converted my comment to Answer please accept to close the same. I would also request you to upvote the Answer by Jeffland above and paste your details if you have done anything different. However, since Highcharts is the underlying component used for both Pie as well as Timechart, I would expect the changes to be in the similar lines.

Any better solution would be to request a Splunk Enhancement to have Tooltip text also available either as Form Input or to be coded as part of Splunk JS Stack. If you have Splunk Entitlement you can submit a case to Splunk.
