Can a click value append to a multi select input?

Is it possible to manage tokens of a multi select to take multiple click events from a  table? I have a table of product names (Splunk test data) and I want to be able to click the product and add it to my multi select.

I also have a multi select for the token getting applied on the click, I want essentially a user to be able to use either. When a value is clicked though, it does not show in the multi-select for the token but my searches run correctly if I use either. Can I manage tokens for a multi select in this way?

@aohls Please try one of my older answers on similar lines. Hope it helps!
