After converting Dashboard to HTML how to view that HTML in browser as appeared in the Dashboard

You can view the Converted HTML pages or the cloned pages by navigate to the following :

Settings --> User Interfaces --> Views

I wanted to ask: what are the pros and cons of converting dhe dashboard in html format (instead of modifying it with third party technologies...)?

If you convert your dashboard into HTML, there is no going back. You will not be able to edit panels through drag and drop and you cannot modify each dashboards easily. Where as if you are awesome with HTML coding as well as js, you will be able to do a lot of things in your dashboard!
