Adding tooltip to panel/text box on a hover (Dashboard Studio)

I have a requirement, where I need to add tooltip on a text box when mouse pointer is hovered over in Studio Dashboard, it is possible?

@Kronecker I am not actually very sure about the possibility of your requirement, but yes it is surely possible using classic dashboard via HTML & CSS.
