Ability to disable controls in a dashboard?

Hi,

I have a dashboard that is for senior mgmt. I want to eliminate any "clicking" that could cause issues or confusion. Specifically, I'd like to remove the ability to use the controls at the bottom of the panels, like "open in search, download...", but I want to do this at the dashboard level. I'd also like to remove "Export" button at the top of the dashboard. Is this possible?
