We are beyond thrilled to announce our newest group of SplunkTrust members! The goal of the SplunkTrust™ program is not to recognize users in the room who know the most about Splunk. Rather, the SplunkTrust program was created to acknowledge and recognize those who go above and beyond to help their fellow Splunk practitioners and who have truly helped shape this wonderful, vibrant community.

We are excited to announce the 2024 cohort of the Splunk MVP program. Splunk MVPs are passionate members of the Splunk community that have shown consistent participation in at least one area of our community programs. February is Black History Month in the United States, and Splunk's Black Employees Achieve More (BEAMS) employee resource group is shining a light on two great organizations that are creating change in BIPOC communities by nurturing our next generation of leaders. As we head towards the year's end, the Splunk Community team finds ourselves reflecting on what a banner year it’s been around here, and we have you all to thank! We are so grateful for your dedication to helping and connecting with one another, and thought you might be interested in seeing exactly how incredible your contributions this year have been. For the past three years, Splunk has partnered with Enterprise Strategy Group to conduct a survey of the Splunk Community and gauge the impact that Splunk has had on the careers and livelihoods of its users. This year, 750 community members participated in our annual Career Impact Survey, and they confirmed what we've already known since this survey began: Using Splunk, learning Splunk, and getting Splunk Certified pays off — literally!
