How do I find the Splunk Games?

Get ready to get Splunky – We’ve launched the second game in our gaming series at https://community.splunkgames.com/!

On that page, you’ll see a link to this week’s game – TicketBlaster, where you’ll save the day for pop star Apple Stone and make sure customers can get the tickets they need.

What is TicketBlaster?

In this week’s game, learn about how code profiling can help you identify and fix performance problems in code in seconds – isolating problems not only to what microservice, but what specific line of code is responsible for those problems.

You’ll learn about pop star Apple Stone and her fans complaining about not being able to buy tickets to her show – and you’ll be able to help her figure out what went wrong and fix it. On the way, you’ll learn about code profiling support in Splunk APM and how quickly you can isolate performance issues using it.

How do I join the Sweepstakes?

Once you’ve saved the day, go here and answer questions about the game and enter the sweepstakes for your merch credit. Hurry, because the form closes on March 30, 9am PST. For details of official rules for the prize, see the official rules post on the Splunk Community Welcome Center.

Good luck, and don’t forget to check back in two weeks for the next game in our series and another chance to pick up some store credit!
