no response on control socket

Hi,

I have an express based NodeJsv4.5 website running on on docker 1.12.2.

I have installed it as per instructions from the wizard!

but when I attempt to launch it is unable to communicate with your services.

 I have also attempted with out ssl with same result

The suggestion is to install the NodeJS Agent here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO41/Install+the+Node.js+Agent
