monitored servers are missing in DBTuna

I am monitoring 12 SQL Server Instances, and I also monitor the Windows Servers the reside on.

For some reason there are now only 6 Servers left in the Monitored Servers window in the Dash Board.

The login accounts are admins on the respective servers and I cannot see why they are missing.  I have tried removing and readding again but to no avail.

Is this a bug?  I am running DBTuna 2.4.7

Hi Dave,

Thanks for writing in to appsphere community forum. Can you please file a ticket at https://help.appdynamics.com/tickets/new  or you can send email to help@appdynamics.com which will create a new ticket as well, with the problem description so that we track this issue formally.

we should not expect this to happen do you see any error in dbtuna UI or any errors in logs, can you confirm  whether you earlier see 12 agents under agent manager screen or this happening recently or is there any limit on number of db agent licenses for appd4b you are using, can you please file new ticket as we mentioned earlier with corresponding screenshots and logs from appd4db install directory

Do write back to us for further assistance,

Thanks,

Arun
